If you use an green tea extract, weight loss is probably going to happen but you lose on this big advantage. You are going to drink other things that have sugar in it.

For the same reasons as for the green tea extract, a green tea weight loss supplement – which can be bought at expensive prices – isn’t the best way to go. Of course it would be better than not doing it at all since the green tea has the capability of increasing your metabolism rate. A green tea weight loss supplement is not as good as just drinking green tea for weight loss.
